I got these Miners cosmetics lipsticks in their twitter giveaway when i was in UK..a year may be...i am very lazy in reviewing products..i have lots of products to review.hope i will review them all very soon..just fingers crossed..
I have Moisture effect lipstick Moulin Rouge and matte effect lipstick vixen with me...these are beautiful and bold shades..lets go to the detailed review...

They retail £3.99 each.But at present these particular shades are not available in thier website here
but you can still buy them in Amazon or eBay. 

Matte Effect

Evolving from the popular Fashion Matte Lipstick range, Matte Effect is specially formulated to leave your lips saturated in high pigment, completely matte colour.

Moisture Effect

Moisture Effect is an entirely NEW moisturising lipstick collection by MINERS COSMETICS, specially infused with Aloe Vera and Jojoba. Moisture Effect will glide onto lips locking in moisture whilst leaving them saturated in juicy colour.

My views on Miners cosmetics Moisture Effect Moulin Rouge ,matte effect vixen lipstick :

Moisture Effect Moulin Rouge : 

Its a beautiful red shade,its so creamy glides on lips very smooth..its very moisturising too..only one swipe requires to cover your lips..the staying power is good too,,its 3 hours ,if you have meals/snacks in between  it fades but leaves a beautiful red tint..very affordable..love it

Matte effect vixen :

Vixen is more into plum red shade...its matte finish...even though it is matte finish ,it doesn't dry lips..but in my case as i have extremely dry lips..i should use a lipbalm..

These both the shades are very bold the only dislike is these stains..you can see me wearing the lipstick moisture effect Moulin Rougue here
