Hey all..how are you all doing !! i know its been very long i updated my blog ,i have some problems with my laptop and got busy with life but always i wanted to come back to blogging ,hope that one day will be very soon so that i can update my blog frequent 😃😃
Anyways coming to todays blog post i wanted to share an easy and yummy recipe in which you dont require any gas /stove at all.you just need to blend all the ingredients together .These are called roti pachadi in Andhra,as Andhra cuisine is very famous for roti pachadi (means which is blended in stone mixer manually).but i dont have access to stone mixer at home i blended in normal mixer.its a very easy recipe for bachelors /students as it is very simple and quick.
Lets go to procedure
Ingredients :
Pachi mamidikaya ( Raw mango )
pachi kobbari (fresh coconut )
green chilli
ginger
cumin seeds
salt
Method :
Take a blender jar,add all the above ingredients and blend it coarsely adjust the salt and spice according to your taste.basically its a very good alternative to tamarind in your chutneys.i dont have specific measurements for this chutney it totally depends on how sour is your mango you can adjust accordingly.it goes very well with dosas and more delicious with hot steamed rice .you can add fresh coriander leaves and coriander seeds in this chutney while blending.
Try it and let me know how it came out for you and how it tastes
Till next time..keep smiling 😍😍
