Hey all..Thanks for stopping !!
falooda is a cold beverage popular in Indian subcontinent ,Traditionally its made from layering of jelly, rose syrup, vermicelli, sabza seeds, ice cream and topped with fruits and nuts . its very tasty and yummy.i have tasted it few times in restaurants, always wanted to to try at home.
so finally one fine day ,that is starting of this year, i have tried the recipe..when i posted a picture on Instagram ,many of you requested for the recipe so here it is,with step by step instructions..but gals...remember its my version only,as i live in US i prepared falooda which are easily available here, you can get all the Ingredients from Walmart or any other grocery stores.
Lets go to the procedure

2. jelly : get the ready to make jelly powder from store, follow the instructions and prepare jelly. i prefer cherry /strawberry flavored jelly
3. Vermicelli : boil vermicelli/semiya until it is soft

5.You can use any icecream of your choice, but vanilla is the best for fallooda
6.on the top of icecream, you can add fresh mixed fruits and nuts ,i have used apple, mango and some nuts.
