My views on
Rimmel London Moisture Renew Lipstick in Berry Rose  :
As i said earlier i always love rimmel lipsticks they are very moisturising,as i have extremely dry lips i always prefer moisturising lipstick than matte lipsticks,The shade berry rose is beautiful dark plum shade,i cant describe the shade exactly, but i can say it looks good on me.i just love this shade,The staying power is good too especially when i wear along with the Rimmel London Moisture Renew Universal Transparent  Lip liner

The swatches of Rimmel London Moisture Renew Lipstick in Berry Rose

Rimmel London Moisture Renew Universal Transparent  Lip liner
I am so excited this is an awesome product..It helps to perfectly define your lips and color protect them .especially when you wear dark shades you need not worry about bleeding of the lipstick ...use Moisture Renew Lip Liner before applying your lipstick!!
i noticed it increases the staying power of lipstick when you wear underneath a lipstick, but i really don't feel any moisturisation from this lip liner, anyways i always use my lip balm before applying any lip product..i will definitely buy this again and again !!
I couldn't show you swatch of this lip liner because t is transparent..:)

You can see me wearing these both here

Till next time..ciao..Have a Great week ahead !!

Review :RIMMEL LONDON COLOUR MOUSSE 8 HR 012 MOCHA !!

Friends Post by Tejinder kaur :

What product Claim?

Rimmel Colour Mousse Eye Shadow delivers glistening high impact colour for up to 8 hours.

My Thoughts:

I am here today with another cream eye shadow - Mocha from Rimmel London – a very pretty chocolate brown shade with copper undertones. Highly recommended for Indian beauties and would suit all skin tones.

It is very sparkly and beautiful colour which is best for evening parties or night out. Cream eye shadows are a quick way of injecting shimmer into a basic make-up look, and have a good consistency which makes them really easy to blend quickly with your finger or eye shadow brush.

I prefer my finger to spread evenly on lids. It is multifunctional - can wear on its own or as a base for your powered eye shadows. Pigmentation is superb. It doesn’t dry quickly thereby giving enough time to spread evenly on lids. Gives a semi-matte finish and lasts for 8 hours as claimed without creasing or fading.

Packaging:

It comes in a pretty solid glass jar which is transparent with screw-off lid. It is very light-weight, small and sturdy; will fit easily in the bag while travelling. From the transparent part you can easily view the colour and on black lid it has a label that matches the colour of product to easily identify if you have few of them.

The Big Label also has product name and number and below the transparent part there is white sticker shows the quantity. There is an additional small pressed lid when you open the product which makes it safe from leak.

Staying Power:

Must say staying power is superb as per claim (8 hours without creasing or tugging).

swatches :

Texture:

It is very creamy and buttery in texture. Pigmentation is nice as a single swipe builds up the colour on the lids. It is very soft and smooth and glides smoothly on the eyes. For oily lids it starts slight creasing after 4 or 5 hours of wear as there were some noticeable fading and patchiness.

I would recommend using powder/primer before applying this cream based eye shadow to hold the colour in place on the eyelid. It looks sparkly but metallic sheen is very soft and subtle making it quite wearable and would work beautifully for Indian skin tones. It goes perfectly with both Indian and western attires.

Price: £3.99

Availability: Amazon UK/eBay

Quantity: 5ml

Pros:

  • Cream eye shadow that stays longer without creasing or fading
  • Easy to apply with a small flat brush, and then blend it in with finger
  • Doesn’t dry out the delicate skin on the eyelids
  • Superb pigmentation
  • Affordable for the quality and quantity
  • Sturdy and chic packaging
  • Can be used on its own as long wearing eye shadow or as base/primer for other eye shadows
  • Does not fall out because of creamy texture
  • Wearable shade for summer or spring
  • Would flatter Indian Skin tones

Cons:

  • Need to apply primer or translucent powder before using on oily lids
  • Jar is made up of glass so be careful while handling
EOTD created Smokey Look with black and this one.

Overall Rating:  4/5

Final Verdict:

It is a brilliant, affordable, long lasting product and love the way it glides onto my eyelids. Would suit all skin tones and perfect for spring or summer. It gives a metallic sheen to the eyes which is very subtle n soft and makes your eyes look very gorgeous and stunning. It looks really pretty on its own all over the lid or create Smokey look as well. It is good value for money and very easy to put on as small amount is enough to blend out nicely. You should have at least one in your vanity.

Rimmel Apocalips 101 celestial Swatches & Review !!!

May be i am the last blogger in UK to review this..lol..:)

But any ways i got it 1 month back and some how i missed posting the review...so these "Apocalips" created a sensation in blogging world recently..r they worth the hype? continue reading..to know that.....

Price : £5.99 available in superdrug/boots

The APOCALIPS colours that are available are:
500 Luna
600 Nude Eclipse
101 Celestial
102 Nova
301 Galaxy
303 Apocaliptic
501 Stellar
400 Big Bang

I love the packaging its new ..almost like a Rocket..and the applicator comes with smooth sponge....easy to apply the product.

My thoughts  :

I am very much excited to try these ....when i swatched them in store..these are very well pigmented...pigmented like lipsticks and with  finish like a gloss.i picked in shade "101 celestial " its more like pinkish coral.i cant describe the exact colour though..:) its more like a lip cream .

i have super dry lips...i usually prefer to use a lipbalm before applying a lipstick.i do the same when applied this.this stays on me for maximum 2 hours without a meal..after that it forms patches on my lips..i dont know happens to me only.....but i really hate that..:(

                                Swatches with and without flash

101 celestial is a pretty natural shade...i feel more good if it stays for longer time..

Overall..its not a bad product ....and its not that much great product too..its a average lippie for me...but ..i ..love the shade ..

hope my review helpful..

♥ ♥ Rimmel Kate Moss Lipstick New Shade 20 Review & swatches ♥ ♥

Today i am reviewing a bright barbie pink shade from RIMMEL designed by kate.

When the kate moss collection launched last year ,there were 15 shades.

kate's signature is printed in Pink instead of Red,like for the original collection

Price : £5.49

This is a gorgeous vibrant super pigmented lip colour. I am so impressed with

the lasting power of this lipstick. It's quite thick so in one sweep you have

impressive colour that doesn't dry out the lips.

'I am  very impressed with the formula, pigmentation and lasting power. i love

the smell

Because of the camera flash it looks shiny but it is a complete matte lipstick.

You can see the above pic just swatched one...how pigmented it is...

Here is it on my lips..

Totally i like them very much with good staying power

Do you like the Kate Moss lipsticks ?

REVIEW ON “RIMMEL LONDON WAKE ME UP FOUNDATION “

REVIEW ON “RIMMEL LONDON WAKE UP FOUNDATION “  IN SHADE 200-SOFT BEIGE
Hi beauties…..Hope you all are doing great!! Today I am reviewing about new product launched by Rimmel that is their WAKE ME UP Foundation. I am using it in the shade 200-soft beige. I absolutely love the packaging it’s a gorgeous glass bottle with Rimmel London embossed on the side. The cap and pump are in the most vibrant orange which I also love coming into the brighter months. I have to say Rimmel are fantastic when it comes to foundation packaging always equipping us with either a pump or squeeze tube type packaging which I am so grateful .

Product Description by Rimmel
"Our first foundation that visibly reawakens and illuminates skin with a radiant glow and a flawless natural-looking finish. Instant anti-fatigue effect. With peptides and a vitamin moisturizing complex."
Price : 9.99 GBP ( I purchased in SUPER DRUG in 3 for 2 Rimmel offer ) for 30ml

It is also great for our Indian summers as there is a nice amount of SPF in it too…It really do give you the nicest finish to your skin. It's not even a dewy  finish as such it is more like a radiance, I suppose it is a bit of a 'does what it says on the tin' scenario as it really does just give you this glow like you have been well rested.
The product smells amazing, gives good coverage. The coverage is amazing and doesn't feel particularly heavy when applied. It smoothly blends into your skin.

HOW TO APPLY:
I prefer to use my fingers for application. You can use a foundation brush as well ( Depends on individual choice ) It takes about a minute to set and once it sets it stays on my skin for about 7-8 hours.

PROS:
1. Good packaging
2. Even coverage and easily blends into your skin
3. smells amazing.
4. Contains good amount of SPF
5. Lasts up to 8 hours
6. Affordable price
CONS:
I am not sure how fantastic this would be for dry skin. I have a little dry skin area on my nose and it doesn't sit so well there. That is the only dislike for me about this product.

Will I REPURCHASE AGAIN
Yes …of course!! I Love it….
