My views on Majestic Bombay precision eyelash curler :

i am really scared of using eye lash curlers..i always feel they may clip my lashes.. love.love..the packaging  the rubber grip and spring loaded handle are just perfect..it is designed in such a way that can be used for all the eye shapes,It comes with instruction manual  and how to use guide.The quality is very good.

i stand before mirror,close the clamp around my lashes and i count 1 to 10 numbers that is for almost 10 sec,repeat the same for both eyes and finish off with mascara.i really love the way it gives the extra hold and curl to my lashes and easy to use. you can buy it from Amazon here

Hope everyone enjoying this holiday season..whats your plans for Christmas?
i don't know if this is right time or not to post about eye care..tips and tricks,,but i always wanted to share.so here is the post..I have done my Lasik 4 years back.that time i suffered a lot so....i know the importance of eye care..Its very important to follow these tips..i am not an expert but these are the tips working for me..hope they help you too..

• Eat lots of vegetables..of course this is very common health care tip. vegetables like carrots,spinach  contains vitamin c a lot..helps improving your vision and keeps you eyes healthy.

                                

• Try to not spend much time by looking at your computer screen. eyes blink less while looking at a screen, causing drier eyes.i use eye drops available especially for dry eyes..these eye drops  give quick relief,you can get these eye drops in any drug store

• keep  cool cucumber slices on eyelids for at least 10 minutes before sleep,green tea bags works too..keep the green tea bag in cold water for 10-15 minutes and place it on eyelids

• Don't wear your contact lenses for long time..it may causes major eye damages,Never sleep with your contact lenses

• Dont look directly into sun/any brighter light  and don't read /write in dim lights 

• Exercise your eyes you can find out some simple exercises here

• Wear UV protective and polarized glasses if necessary.

• In Luke warm water soak a cotton ball .drain the excess water and slightly massage your eyes with the cotton ball.it relaxes and cleans the eyes

• Removing eye makeup is very important..hm..yes remove your eye makeup properly and completely before you sleep..never sleep with eye makeup on

Today i will be reviewing my favorite kajal/eye liner .This is my third one..i always forgot to review this..lets jump into the review..:)

My views on Maybelline Colossal Kajal :

This is my favourite kajal..i have ever used..i love the kajals/eye liners available in India..they r intense black and lasts long.i have used Boots eyeliner when i was in UK,but its not jet black .

I use this Maybelline Colossal Kajal on water line  and upper lash line too.i have very sensitive eyes,it doesnt cause any irritation till now..the only draw back of this is ..no Ingredients list mentioned for this product !!

It claims to be smudge proof...but its not 100% smudge proof !! but anyways i am totally impressed with the staying power,intensity and the color....i am running out of this now..this is my last one..now i am in search for a best kajal available in USA..if u have any suggestions pls let me know ..

wearable Soft Purple smokey eye : step by step Tutorial !!

In this post I will be sharing with you a Pictorial on how to create a wearable Soft Purple smokey eye. I have used CoverGirl’s Eye Enhancers 4-Kit Shadows in the color Blossom  . To Know the step by step instructions of how i created this look..please keep on reading !!

This is the eye shadow palette i used to craete the look,to know the detailed review of this palette ,read Here

Here is the step by step instructions : you can get this simple and wearable soft purple smokey eye look in these 10 steps.

Step 1:

Start with a clean face. Apply a good eye shadow base primer to help your shadows last longer.

Step 2:

Place the shimmery pink shadow (color number 1) all over the lid using a flat shader brush. Pack the color on really well as this color will be the main focus of the look. Make sure to not take the color above the socket of the eye.

Step 3:

Use the indigo color (color number 2) in the crease to deepen it a little bit. This is a matte shade which is perfect for crease. Use a blending brush to place the color and blend it out well. 

Step 4:

Use the lavender color (Color number 3) on a fluffier blending brush and blend the color on your orbital bone. This step helps create a beautiful gradient.  Use this color with light hand on the outer one third of the eye.

Step 5:

Take the lightest shade (color number 4) on an angled flat blending brush and tap of the excess. Now place the brush under the arch of your brow bone. Start at that point in wind shield wiper motion and blend the color. 

Step 6:

To complete a smokey eye look, it is important to smoke out your bottom lashes as it helps balance out everything. Use the indigo color (color number 2) to smoke out the outer half of the bottom eyelid. Connect the shadow on the bottom lid to the shadow on the top eye lid. Use a pencil brush for this step.

Step 7:

Take the pinky color (color number 1) on the pencil brush and place it on the inner half of the bottom lid and around the tear duct. This color looks beautiful on the tear duct and in the inner half of the bottom lid. 

Step 8:

Line the upper eyelid using a matte gel eye liner. Extend the eyeliner to give a slight wing.

Step 9:

Use Mascara on top and bottom lashes. Try to use any mascara that gives good volume to your lashes. This eliminates the necessity of false eye lashes.

Step 10:

Tight line your eyes to intensify the smokiness.

Now the eyes are done. The result is a soft purply smokey eye look. It is important to pair up smokey eyes with a complimenting lip color. For full face of makeup look complementing this eye makeup, click Here

I bought this Long back....i really like the concept of two sided pencil.one side eye shadow and other side eye liner pencil..!!

This particular shade of beauty UK jumbo eye liner & eye shadow pencil in Black&copper attracted me in the first look itself,The copper colour here is not actually a copper its a beautiful champagne shade .Both the colors are very creamy glides on very smooth,Both can be used as good base for eye shadows.

Because of the creamy texture they start creasing after few hours of application,i used black eye liner on water line ,it doesnt stay long...but i applied the copper shade on my lids with eye shadow primer underneath it stays pretty long time..and i love the effect ,,seriously...The pigmentation is just amazing..which u can see in the swatches below

I used this many times always forget to take pics...It is travel friendly,u can just create a beautiful subtle smokey eyes using this..which i will do in a separate post soon...

My Views on Maybelline The Falsies Volum' Express Mascara: 

I grabbed this mascara at first look because its pink !! silly me i know....but I love pink cant resist !!

Well.coming to my views, Its gives volume..yes..curls ur lashes ..yes, the colour is pure black which most of us like in mascaras..it can be easily removed with eye makeup remover..It dries faster too !!

The only problem is it clumps ur lashes ,if you take time in between the application of coats..so be quick !!

The wand is like a spoon brush..its very easy to apply..i like the wand !!

I love love this palette..comes with an eye shadow primer portion and good karma brush...both are really useful..the shadows are so buttery blends very smoothly...the shades r simply stunning that every one can use.
