This was my last purchase in UK....:( i was having some boots card points,so i used them and i got this 17 Precision Eyeliner Pen. I love to use eye liner pens,they r easy to use especially for upper lash line.

Have you noticed the Knib..its very stiff and thin you can make thin liner very easily..... and yeah did u notice the snow...:)

It claims to be blackest black..bt its not that much pigmented and mostly its not waterproof....its failed in my test you can see..the only thing i like is the nib and the price is also ok !!
It says the staying power is 25 hour..i am sure it wont stay that much long..it starts fading after 4/5 hours...

Deletehmm sad this was such a DUD! I don't really like pen eyeliner as most of them aren't waterproof but I've heard great stuff about the Colorbar pen eyeliner!
