The liquid inside is sky blue and white in colour. it is like a oil which removes both lip and eye makeup . This is the very good makeup remover for the price that is around 2 pounds !! such a Bargain !!
It removes my water proof mascara as well .doesn't hurt my sensitive skin.I use a cotton ball to remove my eye and lip makeup with in 2 swipes it removes all the makeup..here is a small test
You can see how efficiently it removed the dark red lipstick.i am too impressed !!
