Tips & Tricks : Eye care !!

Hope everyone enjoying this holiday season..whats your plans for Christmas?
i don't know if this is right time or not to post about eye care..tips and tricks,,but i always wanted to share.so here is the post..I have done my Lasik 4 years back.that time i suffered a lot so....i know the importance of eye care..Its very important to follow these tips..i am not an expert but these are the tips working for me..hope they help you too..

• Eat lots of vegetables..of course this is very common health care tip. vegetables like carrots,spinach  contains vitamin c a lot..helps improving your vision and keeps you eyes healthy.

                                

• Try to not spend much time by looking at your computer screen. eyes blink less while looking at a screen, causing drier eyes.i use eye drops available especially for dry eyes..these eye drops  give quick relief,you can get these eye drops in any drug store

• keep  cool cucumber slices on eyelids for at least 10 minutes before sleep,green tea bags works too..keep the green tea bag in cold water for 10-15 minutes and place it on eyelids

• Don't wear your contact lenses for long time..it may causes major eye damages,Never sleep with your contact lenses

• Dont look directly into sun/any brighter light  and don't read /write in dim lights 

• Exercise your eyes you can find out some simple exercises here

• Wear UV protective and polarized glasses if necessary.

• In Luke warm water soak a cotton ball .drain the excess water and slightly massage your eyes with the cotton ball.it relaxes and cleans the eyes

• Removing eye makeup is very important..hm..yes remove your eye makeup properly and completely before you sleep..never sleep with eye makeup on

Tips & Tricks : layering jewelry !!

You know my love for accessories....i love to wear jewelry..and currently i am loving this trend  that is layering jewelry...i am planning to post this since long time but somehow its in my draft and couldn't post it..!! Anyways here i want to share some Tips & Tricks on layering jewelry..i am not a professional fashion stylist ..but these are the tips and tricks i learnt by my persnal experience, reading magazines,browsing net and from fellow bloggers..hope this post helps you .. keep on reading !!

Tips & Tricks :

Basically,You can layer jewelry in 3 ways ..by layering necklaces/bracelets /rings... make sure to not layer all of your jewelry at one time..for egample if you want to layer necklaces keep the bracelets and rings simple.otherwise you may look like------ you want what i mean :)

Lets start with layering necklaces , choose different lengths,textures .the shorter one will be the first so that you can start layering. i prefer layering long thin necklaces with a chunky short necklace as shown in the picture above..isn't that style gorgeous !!

Bracelets...i love them alot...you can be more experimental here..you can use beads,thread,bangles,rhinestone bracelets there are so many options especially in bracelets..you can do like this way also ..by adding each color of your outfit you can layer bracelets !! you can just layer bracelets with a big watch..how cool is this style??

Rings...i know midi rings are so in now...don't wear rings on all of your fingers..choose maximum 3 fingers on each hand. if you have short fingers choose thin midi rings so that you can layer more.i really like the way how  she styled her midi rings in the picture below
